Studies have unequivocally demonstrated that pork derived from pigs with access to grass and forage boasts superior nutritional value compared to conventionally raised counterparts. 

Notably, research conducted by the Food Animal Concerns Trust has revealed compelling findings, showcasing that pork from foraging pigs contains 2.4 times more omega-3 fats, 8% higher protein content, and twice the amount of vitamin E!
